Refund and Cancellation Policy - BuildOurs Innovations

At BuildOurs Innovations, we strive to ensure that every order reaches your construction site in perfect condition. Since we deal with heavy building materials, our refund and cancellation policies are as follows:

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order free of charge before the material is loaded onto the vehicle at our warehouse/yard.

  • After Dispatch: Once the vehicle has left our premises, cancellations are not allowed. If you still wish to cancel, the customer must bear the two-way transportation charges (Freight) and any loading/unloading labor costs incurred.

  • Special Orders: Customized products (like specific cut-size wood or special paint tints) cannot be cancelled once processing has started.

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Due to the nature of construction materials, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Damaged on Arrival: If the material is found damaged (e.g., torn cement bags, broken tiles/granite) at the time of unloading.

  • Wrong Product: If the product delivered does not match your order (e.g., wrong brand or grade).

  • Quality Issues: Significant quality issues noticed before the material is used or stored.

Important: Any damage or mismatch must be reported to our delivery person immediately and noted on the delivery challan. Returns will not be accepted once the delivery vehicle leaves the site.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or replaced:

  • Cement bags that have been exposed to moisture at the customer's site.

  • Used bricks, blocks, or used electrical/plumbing items.

  • Materials that have been shifted from the original unloading point.

  • Partial boxes of tiles or granite.

4. REFUND PROCESS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or Bank Transfer) within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Note: Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

5. UNLOADING & SITE ACCESS

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery vehicle has proper access to the site. If the vehicle is unable to enter the site due to narrow roads or obstructions, and the order is returned, transportation charges will be deducted from the refund.
