  • Daily Fluctuations: Prices for building materials, especially Cement and TMT Steel, are subject to daily market fluctuations.

  • The price displayed on the website at the time of your order is the final price for that transaction. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice for future orders.

  • In the event of a technical error in pricing, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

3. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

5. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products (Tiles, Granite, Paints). However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Natural stones (Granite/Marble) may have natural variations in color and pattern.

6. SITE DELIVERY & UNLOADING RESPONSIBILITY

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery site is accessible for heavy vehicles (Trucks/Lories).

  • Labor Charges: Unless explicitly mentioned in the product description, unloading labor (Coolie) at the delivery site is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery is restricted to Ground Floor only unless prior arrangements have been made.

7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Thanjavur/Trichy, Tamil Nadu.
