Thank you for choosing BuildOurs Innovations. We are committed to delivering your building materials safely and on time to your construction site. Please review our shipping terms below:

1. DELIVERY LOCATIONS

We currently provide delivery services across Thanjavur, Trichy, and surrounding districts in Tamil Nadu. For deliveries outside these areas, please contact our support team before placing an order to confirm feasibility and freight charges.

2. DELIVERY TIMELINES

  • Standard Materials (Cement, Steel, Bricks): Delivered within 24 to 48 hours from order confirmation.

  • Finishing Materials (Tiles, Granite, Paints): Delivered within 3 to 5 business days, depending on stock availability and patterns.

  • Bulk Orders (Sand, Aggregates): Scheduled based on vehicle availability and local regulations regarding heavy vehicle movement.

3. SHIPPING & FREIGHT CHARGES

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the distance from our warehouse/yard to your site and the weight of the material.

  • Free Delivery: We offer free delivery for orders above ₹[25,000] within a [20km] radius of our distribution points.

  • Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout or communicated via phone for bulk orders.

4. UNLOADING RESPONSIBILITY (IMPORTANT)

  • Labor Charges: Unless explicitly stated as "Free Unloading," the cost of unloading labor (Coolie) at the delivery site must be borne by the customer.

  • Our drivers are responsible only for transporting the material to the site.

  • Ground Floor Delivery: Material will be unloaded at the nearest accessible point on the ground floor. Shifting materials to upper floors or far-off points will incur additional labor charges.

5. SITE ACCESSIBILITY

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery site is accessible for heavy vehicles (6-wheeler or 10-wheeler trucks).

  • If a vehicle cannot enter the site due to narrow roads, low-hanging wires, or obstructions, the material will be unloaded at the nearest possible safe location.

  • Redelivery due to site inaccessibility will incur additional freight charges.

6. INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY

  • Customers are requested to inspect the quantity and quality of the materials (e.g., count of cement bags, cracks in granite) before the vehicle leaves the site.

  • Any discrepancy must be reported to the driver and noted on the delivery challan immediately.

7. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a call from our logistics team with the vehicle details and the driver’s contact number for real-time coordination.
